PRE Series Planetary Screw Extruder
PRE planetary screw roller extruder series has an out-standing capacity in mass production of a lot of products due to the fact it employs range of plastic resins. It fixes the screw designed by planetary screw into the centre of the primary screw & barrel whose screw barrel, a plastication unit, is manufactured of screws in the helical gear shape and is angled at 45′ and revolves androtates to produce rollers and other extrusion goods. It allows the best homogenitation and distribution result since rolling and extrusion are performed at a relatively low temperature in the place between the place-collectively screws. For that reason it achieves no change in houses in subject, which is the characteristic of a reduced-temperature molding extruder.
